The Olympus RS-31H foot switch is offered as a replacement foot pedal for the one supplied with the AS-7000 and AS-9000 Transcription kits. Control playback, FF and REW without taking your fingers off of the keyboard. The RS-31H foot pedal comes with four configurable pedal buttons allowing the transcriptionists to create the most comfortable setup for their typing needs. The RS-31H can also be used with the new Olympus DS-9500 / DS-9000 together with the docking cradle CR-21. Also, with DS-7000 / DS-7000IT together with the docking cradle CR-15 to facilitate Record, Play, Stop, Reverse, Save and Create New File via ODMS.The RS-31H connects to the digital voice recorder via the CR-15 docking station. Olympus RS-31H Foot pedal switch MADE EVEN BETTER Compatible with Olympus Dictation Management System (ODMS) software and leading third-party applications, the four-pedal RS-31H foot switch combines the convenience of transcription with advanced features and configurability. The RS-31H is compatible with HID keyboards. It can be configured for use with third-party software by using Olympus Configuration Tool (Download for Windows | Download for Mac), which enables users to program the RS-31H to alternate between the two operation modes. The tool also allows users to program foot switch pedals to mimic functions handled by keyboard shortcut keys/hot keys in third-party software. The RS-31H is not compatible with previous versions of DSS Player Pro v4. It is only compatible with Olympus ODMS and is included in the AS-9000 and AS-7000 Professional Transcription Kit.
